Exploring Self-Discovery: A Fun Valentine's Game

Written on

Chapter 1: A Playful Approach to Self-Discovery

Recently, Ruby Noir ignited our Valentine’s spirit with some intriguing prompts. After a bit of contemplation (which honestly didn’t take long), I’m excited to share my responses to the following challenges:

Prompt 1: Game 1

In this game, I’m selecting celebrities I’d hypothetically consider if given a hall pass. I must say, I find the expression “sleep with” rather off-putting when discussing intimacy. Let’s be real—there will be no sleeping involved! Here are my picks:

  • Channing Tatum — Who could resist? He might need a nickname; perhaps just call him Chan.
  • LL Cool J — Especially during his iconic “Mamma Said Knock You Out” performance. Wow!
  • Kurt Russell — Those striking blue eyes! Just watch him in Backdraft; that’s all I’ll say.
  • Cole Hauser — If you haven’t watched Yellowstone, you’re seriously missing out. It’s one of the best shows out there, alongside Ted Lasso.

Section 1.1: Game 2 - The Classic "Fuck, Marry, Kill"

For this round, we had to choose a character from a selection of romantic comedies and decide who to engage with in three different ways. I selected the movie Hitch, though How To Lose A Guy In Ten Days was a close contender—both are among my all-time favorites.

Here’s my take:

  • Fuck: Will Smith — Oddly enough, he’s the only one to have featured in a vivid dream of mine. Quite strange, right?
  • Marry: Kevin James (a fellow Taurus) — His humor and playful nature resonate with me. My husband and I often mirror the dynamics of Kevin and Carrie from King of Queens, which has been a fun way to strengthen our bond.
  • Kill: Jeffrey Donovan — I can’t stand him in this film; he rubs me the wrong way. Though he was decent in Burn Notice, he gives off a rather unpleasant vibe here. Sorry, Jeffrey, but you’re out!

Engaging with these lighthearted prompts allows for deeper self-exploration, helping us understand our preferences and personalities better.

Chapter 2: Video Insights on Credit Building

Understanding how to effectively use credit-building tools is essential for personal development. The first video, titled "Is Self Still An Effective Credit Building Tool in 2023 | Full Breakdown," dives into the current relevance and effectiveness of the Self Credit Builder Account.

As you continue your journey, it's also important to consider the next steps after setting up your credit builder account. The second video, "So you've finished your Self Credit Builder Account…. Now what?" provides valuable insights on how to proceed effectively.
